How to
change any file format to a PDF file?
Users can change the document to be faxed by ordering
"print," but change the option from your printer
to PDF maker program.
The result of the fax file will be in
the PDF format, which will be exactly the same as the
format of a printed page. User should always check the
PDF file before sending to make sure that it is correct.
TIP: Please use "Print Preview.." before make your
document page to PDF file.

What to
do if wish to send fax from a hard copy or paper document?
First, scan the document with scanner.
Second, save the scanned file in the
form of picture. The recommended format is TIFF or JPG.
The level of sharpness can be adjusted as appropriate;
however, it should be at least 100 dpi. After
that, insert the scanned file into "Word"
or any other program in which a picture can be inserted.
Adjust the size as desired (boundary or margins), and
then finally, change the file into
the PDF format by following the steps previously explained.
