Answer: One pin number can be used
with many logins or a group-based system as the web2fax
service has been designed so that it can be used in
a corporation with many divisions under a single pin
number (so that it will be easy to manage the cost.)
Question:
Can one login be used with more than one pin numbers?
Answer: The answer is yes. Each user
can use only one login, and can choose to use different
pin numbers for different fax sending, depending on
from which pin account the user wishes that particular
fax sending to be paid for.
Question:
Are we allowed to use the account in sending/receiving
faxes from coffee shops, book stores, or Internet cafe'?
Answer: Absolutely. However, the customer
may need to have a scanner in case of hard-copy sending.
But if necessary, you can send/receive fax from the
document file directly. And this is recommended because
you will not be required to have any other equipments,
there are only a few service providers, and may be a
popular fax sending style in the future.
Question:
How many types of pin fax number are there?
Answer:
1. Postpaid. This depends on the condition such as paying
on times, pages, minutes, and a package of unlimited
fax sending.
2. Prepaid for a package.
3. Prepaid according to pages to be sent.
4. Prepaid for an unlimited sending package.
Question:
Is it possible to set "retry" for more than one time
sending?
Answer: This is an option that can
be set depending on the agreement between the service
provider and the customer. Different customers may want
to have different number of times of retrying allowed.
For example, a customer may prefer to know the result
of the fax sending instantly, and thus would like to
have number of "retrying" times allowed reduced. This
is because for each "retry," there will be a delay in
the system. The fax can not be resent immediately. The
delay occurs because certain problems, including unavailable
signal, etc, need to be solved. Normally, the system
(default) will set the number of times for "retrying"
at 2, the customer can ask to reset this number by contacting
the service provider.
Question:

each time?
Answer: The system has a limit of 25

average, there are 5-10 pages of fax sending per time.

How to buy a pin fax number?
Answer: You can buy or refill your

the service provider if you would prefer other methods
of paying.
(Note: The system of charging via the credit card
and the act of transacting through this website has
a world standard security.)
Question:
Can we refill the used pin?
Answer: Yes. You can refill your pin
